Kristen helped get both my space and my mind in a good place as I prepared for a major cancer surgery. Her decluttering guidance was spot on.
And her personal-growth support skills were vital to me becoming calmer and more confident in advance of this major operation.
One of her superpowers is listening with a combination of empathy and analysis. She made clear she understood my challenge of rearranging my apartment so I would be able to convalesce properly from the surgery.
This included addressing the "skeletons in the closet"--the feelings of shame and regret that surfaced when facing decades of documents and detritus. And then she delivered advice that accounted for all the factors.
I recommend her highly. She will support you when it comes to both your physical and emotional "stuff!”

“Kristen is the kind of coach you remember for life.
She's caring, incisive and playful. She pushed me to tackle some hard questions, but it didn't feel like work. It was more like an adventure, with Kristen acting as the expert guide.
If you are seeking help with personal development, professional progress, or both, you will be in great hands with Kristen. And you'll remember her wisdom for years.”

"I feel such a relief that I don’t have to face the accumulated junk on my own. Having Kristen to be by my side as a support and a guide really helps me get out of my own way so that I don't freeze up with overwhelm.
After our first meeting, I felt energized and motivated to do the very reasonable first homework assignment. I didn't get overwhelmed doing it either! Now I have a closet that brings me joy whenever I go in it!!"

“Kristen came into my life at a time when I was really needing direction. As a career changer who had most recently been a stay-at-home mom to my son, I was navigating a lot of emotional and professional change in a short period of time.
Kristen was a warm, knowledgeable, and calming presence during some very vulnerable conversations about where I was and where I wanted to go. She guided me through thoughtful exercises that brought clarity and self-understanding, while also providing practical “homework” to continue building momentum between sessions.
Kristen was truly invaluable in helping me build confidence and advocate for what I want with my current employer. She partnered with me every step of the way, helping bring clarity to thoughts and feelings I had been sitting with for a long time. I am incredibly grateful to Kristen for her support as both a mentor and a fellow mom, and I look forward to applying everything I learned from our time together to my future. Thank you, Kristen!”

We had bags of food all around our dining room, and it was making me crazy. That was our storage system – the bags. It looked hideous and wasn’t functional at all.
It became worse when one of our children had to move back in with us due to some health issues. Then it became untenable due to the extra groceries and very little storage space. When having company, we had to move the bags back and forth between other rooms.
It wasn’t very workable and made me want to crawl up a wall every time I went into the room. Everything grated at me about that area and how we’d turned it into a functional mess. The bags were functional after all, but not neat and tidy.
Kristen looked at photos of the area and, after a discussion with me and thinking about our area surrounding the existing bag system, found a space that would work well, as we never used our peninsula in the dining room at all. She then suggested a cubby system from IKEA to fill our needs.
I’d never thought about the area UNDER the peninsula as workable for us! That was brilliant!! She then went on to think about the other areas that we could use if we needed to.
Even though she never came to our house, her thoughts were invaluable to us as we tried to find workable solutions to our problem.
If you want someone to think outside the box and work alongside you to find the best solutions, call Kristen! She has your best interests in mind and will find some fixes you can choose from, no matter what your storage problems are.”
